INVITATION TO BID
“Procurement of Data Server for use in the Establishment of 911 System”

1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 Continuing Calamity (70%) Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (P1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Procurement of Data Server for use in the Establishment of 911 System” (Ref. No. 274-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGOM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of Bidding Documents.
