The Cybercrime Investigation Coordinating Center (CICC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project, “Procurement of Data Center UPS " in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
