Description : 1) The Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OCM-BARMM), through the General Appropriations Act for the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine (PHP 8,186,799.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Data Center Power Integration and Infrastructure Enhancement Phase (Continuation of Phase 1: Data Center Build-Out). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2) The OCM-BARMM now invites bids for the Procurement of Data Center Power Integration and Infrastructure Enhancement (Continuation of Phase 1: Data Center Build-Out). Delivery of the Services is specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
