Description : REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the “Procurement of CY2025 Q4 ICT Software” under “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34 of RA 12009 and its IRR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (PhP599,680.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through BAC Secretariat shall be on or before November 26, 2025, 5:00 P.M. at the physical address or through the email address below.

All prices shall be denominated in Philippine Peso and quotation shall be firm and valid for at least sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposal. It shall be binding upon the supplier within the said period. The service shall be required for a twelve (12) month subscription after receipt of the Purchase Order. The goods shall be awarded on a per lot basis.
