Description : REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for the “Procurement of CY2025-Q1 Audio-Visual Equipment for various divisions” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN PESOS ONLY (PhP250,997.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through the BAC Secretariat shall be on or before April 11, 2025, at the physical address or through the email address below.
All prices shall be denominated in Philippine Peso. The quotation shall be firm and valid for at least sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the proposal.
