REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34 of RA 12009 and its IRR) for the “Procurement of customized PCAARRD corporate necktie, scarf, brown mailer envelope and pen” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP680,000.00).

Submission of proposals, including Mayor-s/Business Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS), and Latest Income Tax Return*, addressed to Dr. Melvin B.
