REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for the “Procurement of Customized Metal Cardholder” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX PESOS ONLY (PhP54,496.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, and Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)**, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through the BAC Secretariat shall be on or before March 14, 2025, at the physical address or through the email address below.
