Conditions:

1. The winning bidder shall submit a sample in conformity with the technical specifications and provided drawing within seven (7) days from receipt of the Approved Purchase Order/Contract/NTP.
2. If the submitted sample is disapproved, the winning bidder shall resubmit a revised sample within five (5) days from receipt of the notice of disapproval.
3. The sizes and the names of the enforcers shall be provided to the winning bidder together with the Approved Purchase Order/Contract/NTP.
4. The items shall be delivered within forty-five (45) days from the approval of the submitted sample.
5. The items shall be delivered in a consolidated manner per region, based on the provided list.
