Creative Agency

I. PROJECT TITLE : Philippine Culinary Pocket Guidebook (Advertorial Content)
II. PROJECT DATE : One-month period upon awarding of the contract

III. BACKGROUND:

In line with efforts to elevate the country-s culinary tourism offerings in the global culinary map, the Department of Tourism (DOT) through the Office of Product Development (OPD) engaged with an internationally recognized institution for the conduct of a Philippine Culinary Guide Selection and Activation with the end goal of launching a culinary guide for the country.

With the NTDP-s strategic thrust to prioritize food and gastronomy initiatives for the country to be more competitive in Asia and the rest of the world, the DOT conducted a culinary audit of Greater Manila Area, Environs (Tagaytay, Cavite, and Pampanga) and Cebu last August to October 2024. This is an initial step towards the elevation of Philippine gastronomy to global standards.
