Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. PROJECT TITLE

Procurement of Dried Mangoes as Giveaways for Seatrade Cruise Global 2025

II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The procurement of dried mangoes as tokens/giveaways will support the Department-s participation in Seatrade Cruise Global as a way to help drive traffic to the Philippine booth and reach engagement goals with prospective travel trade partners, and key opinion leaders. These tokens will also be distributed to international industry stakeholders during meetings to be conducted.

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS);
• Must be willing to provide services on a send bill arrangement.
