Description : 1) The BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB), intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (5,200,000.00) for ITEM 1, and through the SUBIC-CLARK RAILWAY PROJECT-s 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA), the amount of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP453,000.00) for ITEM 2, with a total of FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP5,653,000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
