The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) intends to procure Procurement of Copyediting Services for PRESA: The History and Heritage of Spanish Colonial Building Philippines 1699-1898. through Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
