1. The City Government of Manila, through the General Fund CY 2025 - Other Supplies and Materials Expenses intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty Four Pesos (Php7,207,144.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Cooking Gas (LPG, 50kgs., refill only) for the Six (6) City Hospitals and Department of Social Welfare for the period February to December 31, 2025 / ITB No. 2024-11-207A. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
