1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (GF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Continuing Digitalization of Civil Registrar Records (Phase 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
