Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE Procurement of Consulting Services to Undertake the Project Management of the Construction of the New DOST- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) Building (Phase 3) - Ref # 2025-10-20

1. The Department of Science and Technology- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Pesos (₱21,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services to Undertake the Project Management of the Construction of the New DOST- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI) Building (Phase 3) - Ref # 2025-10-20. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
