Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office (MWSS RO) through its Corporate Operating Budget for FY2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS (PhP21,976,416.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Technical Audit and Evaluation of MWCI and MWSI CAPEX Programs and Projects-Contract No. RO-CS2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

The MWSS RO now calls for the submission of eligibility documents to provide technical expertise in auditing and evaluating the 2022-2025 CAPEX programs and projects of the Concessionaires, Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWCI) and Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (MWSI), in compliance with their respective Approved Business Plans (ABP).
