1. The Philippine National Railways (PNR), through the Special Provision General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Eight Million Seven Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Four Pesos (₱48,741,504.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services to Support the Supply, Delivery, Development, Implementation and Training of Integrated Financial Management Information System - Early Procurement Activity.
