1. The Philippine National Railways (PNR), through the General Appropriations Act 2023 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Four Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (P38,465,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services to Support the Supply, Delivery, Development, Implementation and Training of Integrated Financial Management Information System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The PNR now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Customized creation of an accounting system to meet the requirements of the PNR including the best practices of using systems to be recommended for adoption.
