Description : 1) The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from Government of the Philippines (GOP) Current Appropriation for Fiscal Year (F.Y.) 2026 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services for the Review and Validation of Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) Valuation Report of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) in Accordance with ERC Resolution No. 19, Series of 2025 under Lot No. 2026-04. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Fourteen Million Pesos Only (PhP14,000,000.00), inclusive of all government taxes and other fees and charges, to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Service for the Review and Validation of Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) Valuation Report of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) in Accordance with ERC Resolution No. 19, Series of 2025 for which the Bidding Documents are issued.
