Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PROJECT: SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT OF GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GAFMIS) - (REFI - 2022-10-147)

PART 1

1. The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (PhP7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the services to do the Develop a Software of General Administration and Financial Management Information Systems (GAFMIS);

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The CHR now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the shortlisting of bidders for Consulting Services For The Project: Software Development of General Administration & Financial Management Information Systems (GAFMIS);
