Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR “PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES OF THE 2027 NATIONAL HOUSEHOLD SURVEY ON THE PATTERNS AND TRENDS OF DRUG ABUSE”

1) The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-three Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php23,450,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the consulting services for the Preparatory Activities of the 2027 National Household Survey on the Patterns and Trends of Drug Abuse. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2) The Dangerous Drugs Board now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the conduct of the survey to determine the magnitude of the drug problem nationwide and estimate the number of lifetime and current drug users. Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly ...
