Description : 1. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Forty-Five Million and 00/100 (PhP 45,000,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and incidental expenses, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Preparation of the Comprehensive Master Development Plan for Camp John Hay, Baguio City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The BCDA now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Preparation of the Comprehensive Master Development Plan for Camp John Hay, Baguio City.
