The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services of a Local Media Planning, Media Buying, and Placements Agency for the Department of Tourism. Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Thirty Million Seven Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP30,700,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-SBAC-REI No. 2024-003 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
