Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SMALL-VALUE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES - Hiring of Technical Expert on Journal Publications and University Rankings with Bid No. 25-06-136

1. The Cebu Normal University, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 25-02-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Cebu Normal University now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Hiring of a Technical Expert on Journal Publications and University Rankings.
