The Municipal Government of Placer through the MDRRM Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consulting Services for the Formulation of Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP); Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (LDRRMP) and Contingency Plans for PY 2025-2030/SERVICES 2025-10-PLA001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
