  TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR):
  • Facilitate stakeholder consultations and Technical Working Group (TWG) meetings related to the Fishing Industry Roadmap.
  • Conduct research on the fishing industry profile, market trends, and existing policies relevant to Maguindanao.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative data from key informants, fisherfolk, traders, and LGUs.
  • Consolidate workshop outputs, stakeholder insights, and technical recommendations.
  • Draft the content of the Maguindanao Fishing Industry Roadmap, including vision, goals, objectives, and strategic actions.
  • Align the roadmap with regional and national policies related to fisheries, trade, and rural development.
  • Submit initial and revised drafts based on comments and inputs from MTIT, MAFAR, and TWG members.
