A. Real Property Status (550.5785 hectares; 172 Parcels;
No Cadastral Survey; No updated Tax Map)

B. Activities:
1. Field work validation and lot surveys;
2. Coordination with Barangay and lot owners;
3. Formulation, digitization, upgrading, and updating of tax map;
4. Conduct research of approved surveys relevant thereto;
5. Other activities necessary and incidental to the formulation and completion of said tax map.

IMPORTANT:
The bidder shall;
1. submit certificate of Completion of contracts similar to the Project completed within three (3) years prior to the deadline of the submission and receipt of bids;
2. shall have conducted field work validation and lot surveys for Tax Mapping projects of Municpal Assessor's office;
3. shall have conducted Digitization, upgrading and updating of Tax Map;
4. shall have experienced in Surveying Services particularly Political Boundary Survey or Parcellary Survey.
