Description : Procurement of CONSULTING SERVICES for the Development of Property Management Information System (PMIS)

1. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the Government of the Philippines through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of CONSULTING SERVICES for the Development of Property Management Information System (PMIS). The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (₱4,756,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for Development of Property Management Information System (PMIS) for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
