Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR Procurement of CONSULTING SERVICES for the Development of Property Management Information System (PMIS)
(RFP 2025-04-004)

1. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (₱3,942,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of CONSULTING SERVICES for the Development of Property Management Information System (PMIS) (RFP 2025-04-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Systems Analysis and Design of Property Management Information System (PMIS).
