Description : 1. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Million One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Six Pesos and 48/100 (Php 229,001,476.48), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Detailed Engineering Design of Clark International Airport Airside Expansion Project (Runway 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The BCDA now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the Detailed Engineering Design of Clark International Airport Airside Expansion Project (Runway 3).
