1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5 (DA RFO 5), through the 2026 General Appropriates Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eighty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱2,087,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Consulting Services for the DA RFO 5 - 3rd Certifying Body / 0 1 - Consultancy - Various Funds - 2026.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
