Description : 1. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Pesos: Thirty-Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand and 00/100 (PhP 32,592,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Construction Management and Supervision (CMS) of the New Clark City Underground Utilities Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The BCDA now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Construction Management and Supervision (CMS) of the New Clark City Underground Utilities Phase 1.
