SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The A & E Design Consultant shall render architectural and allied engineering design services and supervision initial/final schematic design, interior and landscape design necessary for the implementation.
The Consultant shall provide the necessary professional services for the conduct of the most rational project alignment, plans & program of work and examine available data from LGU and other documents relevant to the infrastructure project and its development aspects.
The scope of services must include but not limited to the following work as described:
