Description : PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE YOUTH CLIMATE LEADERSHIP ACCELERATOR PROJECT
ITB NO. 2025-005

1. The Change Commission-Climate Change Office (CCC-CCO), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,700,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Consulting Services for the Conduct of the Youth Climate Leadership Accelerator Project” (ITB No. 2025-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The Change Commission-Climate Change Office (CCC-CCO) now calls for the submission of an Expression of Interest together with the eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of the Youth Climate Leadership Accelerator Project. The detailed service requirements are indicated in the Terms of Reference for the Project attached herewith as Annex 1.
