1) The Department of Agrarian Reform- Provincial Office Sorsogon (DARPO-Sorsogon), through GAA of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 07/100 (Php858,474.07) and One Million Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred Pesos and 76/100 (PhP1,096,100.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Survey Module Nos. 02-SOR-26 (LOT 2) and 03-SOR-26 (LOT 3), respectively. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
