Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REI) FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF IN-DEPTH FIELD RESEARCH ON MANOBO WOMEN IN THE SPECIAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA (SGA)

1. The MINISTRY OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT - BANGSAMORO AUTONOMOUS REGION IN MUSLIM MINDANAO (MSSD-BARMM), through the General Appropriation Act of Bangsamoro (GAAB) 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the procurement of Consultancy Services for the Conduct of In-Depth Research on Manobo Women in the Special Geographic Area (SGA) with Public Bidding No. 2025-008-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
