1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP5,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.

2. PSALM now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties. The consultant shall cover the appraisal of the remaining assets transferred by the National Power Corporation (NPC) to PSALM pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 9136, otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA) to determine the fair market value, replacement cost new, depreciated replac...
