Description : 1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2021 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP6,075,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. PSALM now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Consulting Services for the Appraisal of PSALM Assets and Properties.
a. The Appraisal project will cover the remaining assets transferred by National Power Corporation (NPC) to PSALM pursuant to Republic Act (RA) No. 9136, otherwise known as the Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001 (EPIRA).
b. The undertaking will determine the fair market values of these fixed and excluded assets necessary to comply with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
