Catalina MPC, Sumbac MPC, Norlinds Chocolate and Bebot Nursery under DTI RAPID Growth Project Cotabato.
A Consulting firm will be selected under the Quality Cost Base Evaluation Procedure described in this RFP, in accordance to the policies detailed in the RA9184 and its updated 2016 IRR and latest IFAD Procurement Guidelines.
