The Department of Agrarian Reform-Occidental Mindoro Provincial Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the "Certifying body to conduct audit and provide ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Re-Certification for DAR-Occidental Mindoro Provincial Office in accordance with Section 53.9 (NP-Small Value Procurement) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No 9184.
