The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all ISO 9001:2015 Certifying Body to send their sealed proposal within seven (7) calendar days from publication hereof, for the supply/delivery of the services enumerated below:
• Engagement of a Certification Body to Conduct a 3rd Party Re-Certification Audit for FY-2025 and Surveillance Audit on FY 2026 & 2027 in Compliance of PhilFIDA to ISO 9001:2015
Scope:
1. All PhilFIDA Processes (as enumerated in the QMS Manual)
2. Central Office (including FPUL and Immunology Laboratory); Nine (9) Regional Offices; and One (1) Regional Satellite Office
3. ISO Re-Certification will be conducted in three (3) phases:
1st Phase: Central Office, Regional Office I and Regional Office VII;
2nd Phase: Central Office, Regional Office IV and Regional Office VIII
3rd Phase: Central Office, Regional Office V and Regional Office IX
