Description : PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICE FROM A HALAL CERTIFYING BODY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HALAL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION PROJECTS

Qualifications:

1. Must be duly accredited by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau (PAB), the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), and other international accrediting bodies such as the Emirates International Accreditation Center and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
2. Must not have any pending administrative or legal cases related to certifications.
3. Must be recognized by Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) (see attached Terms of Reference)

Supplier must deliver the following:
1. 2 Audit Visit and 2 annual surveillance visits for 5 MSMEs in the Province of Leyte
2. 2 Audit Visit and 2 annual surveillance visits for 2 MSMEs in the Province of Samar
3. 2 Audit Visit and 2 annual surveillance visits for 4 MSMEs in the Province of Eastern Samar
