Qualifications:

1. Must have proof of accreditation by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau (PAB), the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), and other international accrediting bodies such as the Emirates International Accreditation Center and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Must also have valid SEC/BIR registration and Mayor's/Business Permit. Must not have any pending administrative or legal cases related to certifications
2. Must be recognized by Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA)
3. Must be compliant with the requirements of GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) and UAE standards
4. Must have Technical Documentations: Organizational profile, highlighting experience in Halal certification projects
