I. BACKGROUND
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 6657 (Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law) and DAR Administrative Order No. 01, Series of 2020, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) shall procure the services of a qualified Survey Firm to conduct subdivision/segregation surveys of agrarian reform lands in Zamboanga del Sur - Region IX. The surveys will facilitate the issuance of individual Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), ensuring secure land tenure and supporting rural development.
