Dear Shortlisted Bidders:

1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Agency for the IMC Enhancement and Activation of Love the Philippines Campaign. Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 24/100 (₱49,981,598.24) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-002 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
