DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-002

1. The Department of Tourism (DOT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) - FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 24/100 (P49,981,598.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DOT now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Procurement of Consulting Agency for the IMC Enhancement and Activation of the Love the Philippines Campaign. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before April 2, 2025 until 9:00 a.m. only at the Procurement Management Division, 4th Floor, DOT Bldg., No. 351 Sen.
