1. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, through the CAAP APP CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,330,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR CONSULTANCY FOR THE SIGNING AND SEALING OF NINE (9) BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES (Bid No. AX-2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The CAAP now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for PROCUREMENT FOR CONSULTANCY FOR THE SIGNING AND SEALING NINE (9) BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before March 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at BAC Office, Laguindingan Airport, Laguindingan Misamis Oriental. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
