  PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR STUDY ON NORMATIVE TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL FEES (TOSFs)
  
  1. The Commission on Higher Education, through the CHED-GAA 2024 (continuing), intends to apply the sum of “FORTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (PhP45, 000,000.00)” being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR STUDY ON NORMATIVE TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL FEES (TOSFs). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  
  2. The Commission on Higher Education now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR STUDY ON NORMATIVE TUITION AND OTHER SCHOOL FEES (TOSFs).
