1. The Department of Economy, Planning, and Development Regional Office XII (DEPDev XII), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,900,000.00), as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for payments under the contract for a Consultancy Services for the Study: “Benchmarking SOCCSKSARGEN-s Transition into an Agro-Industrial Hub and Agri-Eco-Cultural Tourism Center”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
