1. The Provincial Government of Quirino, through the Department of Transportation (DOTr), GAA of CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million pesos (P15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Proposed Quirino Airport Development Project to conduct Feasibility Study, Master Plan, Land Identification and Approval of Site and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
